Late Cancellations/No Show
If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel at least 2 business days (48 hours, not including weekends) in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 business days in advance, or no shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
Commercial Insurances and Billing information
Good Day Psychiatry is considered an “out of network” clinic for all insurance provider networks.
This allows Dr. Spiegelberg to have longer visits with clients to thoroughly get to know you, your concerns, and your goals for treatment.
At the end of each appointment, you will be provided with documentation which includes a receipt with a tax ID number, date of service, and the proper diagnostic codes. If your insurance reimburses for out of network claims, you may submit an insurance claim on your own.
Conversely, other patients desire treatment to remain confidential, so they decide to keep treatment private and not notify their insurance carriers.
Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, check or major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX).
If you are more than 90 days past due with a visit balance, we will be unable to schedule future appointments.
